at the FACING FAIRWELL FARM in northwest wichita
(just north of 53RD ST on the east side of RIDGE RD)
there will be a sign at the end of the driveway
starts at 7PM
we'll probably ask for a few dollars if you don't mind.
this is very last minute,
but we hadn't planned on being home.
it'll be real friendly.
we just want to see some good people before we get back on the road.
so please come hang out.
tell your friends.
tell your mom.
bring your sister.

drive overnight
sleep
eat
eat (yeah, two meals in about 4 hours)
home run derby (again)
show
eat
hotel
so yeah,

| and there is a good chance only a few people check this thing,
but...
since this was created as a tour/news journal,
and...
since we are on tour,
it seemed like a good time for an update.
if you don't already know,
we are currently on the LAST CHANCE TO BREATHE TOUR.
consisting of:
SPOKEN
THE NEW ENDING
NORTH OF OK
today was day one for us.
i'll tell you a little story about it:
we are in springfield, mo.
we arrived here at about 9am.
you see, we wanted to make our 11 hr drive at night (less traffic)
so we left grand rapids last night around 11pm.
which left us the whole day to entertain ourselves in foreign territory
(a task we could never refuse).
here's a recap of our fun filled day:
9 am- sleep (i mean we drove ALL night)
11 am- starbucks (kickstart the day)
12 pm- bass pro shops (a lovely house of death)
2 pm---yeah we spent two hours in bass pro shops
like i was saying...
2 pm- in flight (van) movie...four brothers
4 pm- home run derby in the parking lot
5 pm- load in/set up
6 pm- chinese buffet (thanks to our $50 dinner per diem)
7 pm- the show
8 pm- chronicling our day on xanga while the other bands play
so there you have it.
day one of the last chance to breathe tour.
i find it hard to believe tomorrow could be any better.

| here's what's going on with north of ok:
new shirts arrived yesterday.
thanks to a recent financial donation, the new cd is being ordered this week.
next wednesday we are playing at skelletones in grand rapids with a wonderful band from the area, THE TIDE.
inked management is now booking shows for the band starting in october.
i'm sure there is more, but that's the basics.
